I am pretty much recovered from the weekend (my hip is still a little twingy). However, for about a week and a half now my shoulder has been hurting. I think it might have been exasperated from holding the sail, but it started before that. This morning I moved it around, and thought that riding my bike would be no problem. I found out that it hurts the most in the position I old it when riding my bike, hmmm.

That looks like a ton of fun....
After unusually strenuous exercise, I like to drink a protein shake with glutamine in it...that way I don't get sore the next day...
